Milford Asset
Designed by Wingates, Milford Asset Management is a 2,030 sqm commercial office fit-out located on the top floor of 50 Albert Street, a landmark new commercial building by Mansons in Auckland's CBD.
Natural light and wellbeing were key drivers of the design, with the SuaveStone polished plaster in Dover Chalk being the perfect finish to compliment this ethos.
The soft rendered walls provide the perfect backdrop to the landscaped courtyard, custom ceiling installation and the accents of orange reflecting Milford’s brand identity.
Curved rendered walls further capture the light and guide you through the the spatial journey that draws on the drama and beauty of Milford Sound.
